Work Experience
In January, our Year 12 students stepped into the world of work, gaining hands-on experience
across a variety of industries. Work placements offer a fantastic opportunity to explore potential
career paths, develop key skills, and build confidence in a real-world setting.
Indoor Rowing
Pupils from Year 11 & 12 put their rowing skills to the test at an indoor rowing competition hosted
by Dundonald High School and organised by Rowing Ireland. This event marked the culmination of
a six-week initiative, during which our pupils embraced the sport and refined their technique. The
Year 12 boys secured victory in a thrilling four-man relay race, with Joel Barr, Jay Jamieson, Daniel
Berry, and Alex Houston claiming gold medals!
Spring Ball 2025
Our Year 12 pupils enjoyed a wonderful evening at their Spring Ball in April. Pupils had raised over
£700 in various fund-raising ventures throughout the year to contribute to the costs of a photo
O
booth, 360 photo booth and giant light-up lettering! It was a fabulous night thoroughly enjoyed
